I’m Sta-Tafel, the alter ego of Dutch artist Hadewin den Herder. As a DJ and producer, I’m drawn to the rougher and more restless sides of electronic music.
My DJ sets move between electro, dub, techno, breakbeat and everything in between — driven by heavy grooves, hypnotic rhythms and unexpected turns. I like to keep things raw, playful and in motion.
When I’m not behind the decks, I make music of my own, mainly exploring electro and slower, more atmospheric forms of electronic music.
